The most significant application of polarizing films in liquid crystal strip screens is in various liquid crystal display devices (long strip liquid crystal screens). When an appropriate pressure is applied to the transparent conductive layer, the rotational effect of the liquid crystal substance on the vibration direction of polarized light will change significantly. This kind of change cannot be directly perceived by the human eye. Only when placed between two polarizing films will it be manifested and observed by the human eye. Therefore, polarizing films are an indispensable main component of various liquid crystal display devices.
The working principle of the polarizer in the liquid crystal strip screen is that the polarizer can decompose the incident light into two mutually orthogonal polarized light components, allowing only the components in one direction to pass through while the components in the other direction are absorbed or scattered. In the manufacturing process of long LCD screens, the appropriate models and angles of the upper and lower polarizers are selected based on the type of the long LCD screen (such as TN type, STN type, HIN type, FSIN type, etc.), display mode (such as positive, negative, reflective, transmissive, semi-transmissive and semi-reflective), display color (such as yellow, green, gray, blue, black and white, etc.), and box structure. Use a precision/precision film machine to cut polarizing films at the selected Angle and size, and then bond the cut upper and lower polarizing films onto the glass screen as required. The usage process of the polarizer for the long LCD screen is as follows:
1. Select the polarizing film model in the LCD strip screen
2. Determine the Angle
3. Cut the polarizing film
4. Patch
5. Defoaming
